Peach and Cinnamon Overnight Oatmeal
Combine regular oatmeal, milk and yogurt in a mason jar, add fresh fruit like peaches and cinnamon and place in the refrigerator overnight for a tasty and quick breakfast in the morning.

Instructions
Combine oatmeal, yogurt and milk in a wide mouth jar such as a mason jar, and shake to combine.
Add Chia seeds, cinnamon and honey and stir to combine
Place diced peaches on top and place jar in refrigerator overnight, or approximately 6-8 hours.
Can be served chilled in a bowl, or eaten directly from the mason jar.
